📦 1. Return period

 

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

 

✅ 2. Eligibility conditions

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in perfect condition

• Be returned in its original packaging

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

 

⚠️ The following items are non-refundable:

• Gift cards

• Items on sale or clearance (final sale)

• Custom or special order products

Before returning a product, please:

2. Specify your order number and the reason for the return

3. Wait for our instructions before shipping the item

 

📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item.

 

💳 4. Refund

 

Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.

If the application is approved:

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

• Initial delivery charges are non-refundable

 

🔄 5. Exchanges

 

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product concerned.
